Firstly, the book talks about all the aspects in mediation and negotiation, from planning, cultural aspects to dealing with difficult conversations. 

Secondly, the book gives you a nice rundown about all kinds of resources, ready to use in your own practice. It even gives you sample agreements!

Thirdly, proper research has been done on all the elements discussed in the books. Manon is not only telling you about it she also refers to the research which you can find in the back of the book.

Lastly, if you still were not convinced, the well-thought use of symbols which makes it easier to navigate through the book and cater this way to your needs. 

I believe that Manon has set the standard on the core elements in these disciplines with her book. If you want to buy this book, you will not regret it.
